Service Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Package
Location: Covering North Yorkshire
The Service Coordinator will provide professional support to staff, participants & managers, offering a range of general administrative activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Administrative Support - Complete tasks/projects as directed by manager. Administer petty cash, participant payments, vouchers, BACS, managers credit card, setting up suppliers and general office petty cash procedures. Ensure that adequate forms and supporting evidence exists for all participant payments. Processing of participant and contractual paperwork for all contract evidence
Team Support – Support the collation, as directed, of data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance and quality standards. Support professional staff in the tracking and monitoring of audit compliance documentation and provide a required reports and updates to the operational management team.
Quality & Compliance - Support the quality and compliance of participant records by completing checks on all paperwork and electronic records. Supporting operations with sharing reports for both internal and external audits and contractual requirements
